Job Description

Job Location: Rampura, Banasree, Block-E, Dhaka

Special Preference

Candidates residing in or near Banasree, Rampura, Aftabnagar, Meradia, and surrounding areas will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Receive and handle incoming calls professionally.
Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, schedules, appointments, and other healthcare services.
Book and manage patient appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and patient information.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure quality patient service.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

Job Requirements

Only Female Good communication skills in Bangla.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.Customer service-oriented attitude.Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be considered an advantage.
