Indoor Medical Officer (IMO)

• Provide comprehensive medical care to admitted patients.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients under the supervision of consultants and specialists.

• Conduct regular patient rounds and maintain proper clinical documentation.

• Monitor patients` progress and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans.

• Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate medical interventions when required.

• Coordinate with consultants, nursing teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and ethical standards.

• Participate in clinical meetings, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives.

Candidates with experience in hospital-based clinical practice will be given preference.Additional RequirementsStrong clinical knowledge and patient management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work in shifts, including night duties and holidays.Strong commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare services.Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping.
