Manager/Senior Manager, Product, Transaction Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy and Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.

• Assist in defining product roadmaps and aligning them with business objectives.

2. Analytics and Insights:

• Use data analytics tools to track product performance and user behavior.

• Create reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies to achieve targets.

3. Design Thinking and User-Centered Development:

• Facilitate design thinking workshops to ideate and prioritize solutions.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journey maps to visualize product ideas.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute product launches.

• Support project management activities, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.

• Assist in the preparation of product documentation and training materials.

5. Regulatory, Risk & Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure all TB products comply with BB, NBR, BFIU, and audit guidelines.

• Maintain product risk registers, operational controls, and process governance.

• Provide periodic reporting, dashboards, and strategic insights to senior management.

Minimum 6-10 years’ experience with expertise in managing technical implementation, Solution Planning, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning in Cross Industries and Banking Domains.Strong experience in product development and implementation delivery.Expert in understanding revenue streams, operating expenses, payment, and Knowledge of Payments, Receivables, Cash & Liquidity, VAM, API Banking & Digital Channels.Strong BRD writing, documentation and system integration skills.Strong Implementation understanding and follow the organization process.Keen understanding Problem and solving customer problems.Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
