- Analyze software requirements, functional specifications, and business workflows, collaborating with the development and business team.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, report, prioritize, and track software defects using Jira and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress, C#, Java, or Python.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools and validate backend-integrated features.
- Conduct load and performance testing using Apache JMeter or equivalent tools.
- Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks and quality improvements.
- Support CI/CD testing activities using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by communicating with stakeholders, tracking feedback, and ensuring successful execution across multiple regions/countries.
- Maintain familiarity with VAPT principles and software security testing practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.
Having experience in banking/financial software testing will get preference.Solid understanding on SDLC and STLC.Hands-on experience with software automation.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).Experience in manual and automation testing techniques.Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Apache JMeter, Postman, etc.Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.Experience with performance testing, security testing, and API testing.Knowledge of VAPT testing principles and methodologies.Sound knowledge of basic SQL queries.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Very good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written).Innovative, open-minded, and ready to put in the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
