Job Description

Follow up and maintain relationships with strategic partners in the Dhaka and Chattogram Zones.
Onboard and manage Discount, BOGO, and SmartEMI merchant partners for ONE Bank PLC Credit Cards.
Monitor, renew, and enhance existing merchant partnerships and card propositions.
Identify and onboard new strategic alliance partners through market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
Coordinate signing ceremonies, press releases, promotional materials, and partner communications.
Execute campaign-based SMS blasts, EDMs, website updates, social media posts, and other marketing communications.
Process merchant agreements, maintain MIS records, and collect EMI bills from merchants.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years Experience in related POS, Accruing Alliance of banking sector are preferred; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.Excellent in communication, good in negotiation and able to work independently.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.Dedicated, hard-working, and results-oriented.Collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
