Assistant Manager (Business Development)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Planning and execution of sales strategy considering current market trend, consumer behavior and business plan.
• Accelerate action plan to identify potential markets / clients along with new sales opportunity.
• Drive and ensure primary and secondary sales in line with the company's objective.
• Lead, develop and monitor field force to ensure sales target achievement.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Right attitudes for promoting company's product and Brand image.
• Direct activity in seasonal promotional works likely advertising in print media, posturing and seminar.
• Manage and control brand communication across all platforms.
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.

• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
• Prepare market report, sales forecast & market analysis as per requirement of top management.
• Negotiation pricing; develop complete sales plan for key accounts and develop strong network with clients.
• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
• Proper documentation and any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
