This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced relationship bankers who are passionate about building high-value client relationships, originating quality business, delivering tailored financial solutions, and contributing to the strategic growth of EBL.

Grade: Vice President (VP) to Senior Vice President (SVP)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business, profitability, and portfolio quality objectives.
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies and marketing plans for the Relationship Unit.
  • Drive acquisition of new corporate relationships while strengthening and deepening existing client relationships.
  • Achieve business targets related to loans, deposits, trade finance, cash management, treasury products, and fee-based income.
  • Ensure effective credit risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, account conduct, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with sponsors, business owners, CFOs, and key decision-makers of corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with Credit Risk Management, Treasury, Trade Services, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
  • Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across Cash Management, Treasury, Syndication, Cards, and other business segments.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop Relationship Managers to build a high-performing and customer-focused team culture.

Job Requirements

Minimum 12 Years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, and Relationship Management, including leadership responsibilities.Professionals currently serving in Branch Banking for sizeable Corporate or Commercial portfolios are also encouraged to apply.Strong understanding of Corporate Lending, Credit Risk Management, Financial Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, and Treasury Products.Demonstrated track record in business acquisition, portfolio management, and revenue generation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong professional network within the corporate and business community.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
