Job Description

Maintain accurate records of all material receipts and issues in the Store Register, Bin Cards, and ERP/SAP system.
Operate ERP/SAP efficiently to record, monitor, and manage all inventory transactions.
Prepare and maintain store-related reports and records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Record all gate pass transactions daily and ensure reconciliation with ERP/SAP records.
Receive materials from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality, and supporting documents in coordination with the QC department.
Maintain proper documentation of all material receipts, issues, transfers, and other store transactions for audit and future reference.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory, stock, receiving, and material transfer reports while ensuring inventory accuracy
