Undertake structured assignments across Branches, Divisions and Departments of Shimanto Bank PLC to gain broad-based exposure to the Bank’s operations, business priorities and service standards.
Support day-to-day banking operations, customer service delivery, transaction processing and effective resolution of customer queries with professionalism and accountability.
Develop a strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk-conscious decision-making through practical workplace exposure.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support administrative, operational and service delivery processes across relevant functional areas.
