This position is mainly responsible for ensuring financial & administrative support to the RTTI and field offices for smooth implementation of the activities of RTTI Nilphamari.
A. Planning
Assist to prepare the annual operational plan of RTTI-Nilphamari jointly with the RTTI team.
B. Checking Vouchers, Books of Accounts:
Prepare vouchers
Check bills and vouchers of RTTI.
Maintain and preserve books of accounts such as the cash book, fixed-assets register, general and subsidiary ledgers, check issue register, and bank check register.
C. Report and Budgeting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Budget analysis and Forecasting
Review Budget and monitoring
D. Training and workshop
Support to organize training and workshops.
Provide logistics and other support.
E. Record keeping/maintenance:
Maintain and preserve records such as personal files, leave registers, stock evidence, essential agreement files, attendance & movement registers, and any other evidence relating to RTTI administration and finance.
F. Procurement
Arrange procurement process
Composing contract agreements and purchase orders and negotiating with vendors relating to organizational interest and quality.
Managing the transaction of materials in accordance with the proper stock management system.
Keeping up with procurement-related documents
G. Audit Support:
Support the internal audit team
H. Follow Govt. rules:
Deduct VAT and TAX at source
Deposit VAT and Tax to Govt. Accounts within stipulated time
I. Liaison and correspondence:
Assist with liaison and correspondence with various banks. Organization, NGO, central office, TTC and other offices
J. RTTI promotional activities:
30% working-time should be expended on RTTI promotional activities such as advocacy with local institutions, govt. offices, MF groups, youth forums, etc.
K. General:
Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops to update knowledge and skills as assigned and disseminate new knowledge/information/lessons learned.
Willing to work in any natural disaster or emergency situation anywhere in Bangladesh.
Age At most 35 years Candidates should have knowledge about implementation of Training management and coordination and the education situation in Bangladesh including constraints and issues in the TBETTo be non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive.
