Educate, advise and guide patients on nutritional needs, identify barriers to eating a healthy diet, and develop and implement individualized nutrition and health management plans that help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Meet with patients to identify their health goals and dietary restrictions.
Excellent Communication skills to interact with patient and demonstrate good listening skills.
Ability to handle any difficult situation that may rise during counselling.
Other duty assigned by management as required.
