Job Description:
Ensure excellent customer service and effective relationship management.
Drive branch business growth with a focus on deposit mobilization, loans (Retail & SME), cards, and non-funded income.
Lead the trade desk to increase Non-Funded Income (NFI).
Analyze credit risk & process loan applications.
Achieve assigned business targets and ensure branch profitability through quality business origination.
Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal policies.
Maintain strong governance and risk control, and ensure timely resolution of audit and inspection observations.
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff to achieve assigned business objectives.
Ensure branch security, effective cash management, and overall administrative control.
Additional Job Requirements:Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable.Knowledge & expertise in Islamic Banking will be considered as an added qualification.Excellent business communication skills with effective business acumen.Leadership qualities in managing, coaching and mentoring people.Experience Required:Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in branch of reputed banks, with at least 3 (three) year of experience in a similar role preferred.
