Job Description:
Deliver high-quality front-line customer service and ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
Achieve assigned business targets through quality business acquisition and relationship management.
Ensure accurate KYC and CDD/EDD documentation in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and internal policies.
Maintain proper custody and control of customer records, forms, and security items.
Assist in account opening, account maintenance, and other retail banking services in line with centralized procedures.
Process loan applications, analyze credit risk, and manage the documentation for SME and Corporate clients.
Handle Import, Export, Back-to-Back LC, EDF, LTR, and Bill Collections in compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Support branch management in audit, inspection, and compliance-related matters.
Additional Job Requirements:Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable Knowledge & expertise in Islamic Banking will be considered as an added qualificationExcellent business communication skills with effective business acumen Leadership qualities in managing, coaching and mentoring peopleExperience Required:Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience in branches of reputed Banks; 2 (two) year of experience in similar role is preferable.
