7. Collecting bills from Gulshan Society, Baridhara Society, and making payment.
8. Collecting bills from the Golf Club, Gulshan Club, Dhaka Club, and making payment.
9. Collecting utility bills of Concord Center, Chairman's house, MD House, Badda Land and Gazipur Garden House and making payment.
10. Testing of Drinking water from ICDDRB.
11. Furniture shifting during renovation of any floor.
12. Sitting arrangement of new employees of HO.
13. Printing Items and Visiting Card distribution, bill collection and payment.
14. Issuing of Stationary Items of Admin Department.
15. Monthly payment to Transgender.
16. Making lunch and tiffin bill
17. Making overtime report.
18. Listing of material & furniture during final settlement with any tenant.
19. Making ID cards from Baridhara Society for the employees of MD house and HO.
20. Doing inventory with the team before and after renting out any flat or shop.
21. Any other duty assigned by the Department.
