Maintain the entire hiring cycle from requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Assist in refining recruitment processes for efficiency while ensuring all practices adhere to labor laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.
To track key performance metrics, analyze recruitment effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for HR and senior management.
Assist in designing and implementing employee performance management, development, engagement and improvement initiatives.
To enhance employee engagement, retention, and reduce high turnover costs.
Strengthen employer branding through event/campus content calendars, concise social copy/briefs, and review of engagement metrics to refine outreach.
Elevate candidate experience through timely, transparent communication at each stage through the onboarding hand-off.
To assist day-to-day HR initiatives in improving overall HR efficiency.
Age At most 40 years Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and Documentation.Negotiation, communication, and people management.Energetic, proactive, empathetic, and culture-driven.Experience in implementing performance management, engagement, and OD initiatives.
