Job Description

Lead the merchant acquisition strategy for POS and QR Code payment solutions to drive business growth.
Supervise and guide the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.
Ensure successful onboarding of merchants under EMI and Discount Partner programs in line with business targets.
Oversee the signing of POS and QR Code agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor ATM booth operations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance and uninterrupted service.
Conduct regular field visits with the team to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
Track team performance and ensure achievement of assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
Prepare, review, and present periodic reports on merchant acquisition, service delivery, and business growth.
Ensure proper documentation and maintain high standards of operational accuracy and compliance.
