Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Auto Loan sales strategy, establish the sales function, and identify growth opportunities to expand market presence.
Business Development: Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion initiatives, and competitive market analysis.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing nationwide sales team by setting performance standards, incentive structures, and talent development plans.
Portfolio & Risk Management: Ensure sustainable portfolio growth by monitoring business quality, managing risk, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and provide strategic business insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

Age At least 32 years Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing, NBFIs.Proven track record of building and scaling Auto Loan business and distribution channels.
