Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Home Loan growth strategy, establish sales structure, and identify emerging market opportunities for sustainable expansion.
Business Development & Market Expansion: Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, alternate sourcing channels, and market expansion initiatives.
Team Building & Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management to foster a results-driven culture.
Portfolio & Risk Oversight: Ensure portfolio quality and sustainable growth by monitoring performance metrics and collaborating with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to provide insights, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Age At least 32 years Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading sales teams and managing large business portfolios.The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing, NBFIs.Demonstrated success in developing developer relationships and scaling Home Loan business.
