Job Description

About the Role: Premier Printing Press is seeking a highly competent, strategic, and result-oriented professional to join as Manager - Finance & Accounts.
This is a critical leadership role that will work closely with senior management and the Chairman to oversee the factory`s financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen governance frameworks, and support the company`s long-term growth and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounts functions of the factory operations.
Oversee plant budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of factory financial statements, MIS reports, and management documentation.
Maintain strict compliance with the Companies Act, VAT, corporate tax, and all statutory requirements.
Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks at the factory level.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performance Finance & Accounts team.
Drive business expansion support, cost optimization, waste reduction, and profitability improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts leadership roles.Hands-on experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, FMCG, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of factory financial management, taxation, VAT, audit, and compliance matters.Proven leadership capability with strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficient with ERP and accounting software, specifically Tally ERP and modern financial reporting systems.
