BRAC Bank PLC is currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and purpose-driven professional to join its General Services Division in the following position:

Senior Manager, Property Management

Grade: AVP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyzing ownership-related documents submitted to Property Management as per requirement of business, to ensure its good right.
Assessing legal risk factors and providing opinion to mitigate risks.
Drafting replies to legal notices served against the bank.
Maintaining MIS and rental databases.
Preparing lease agreements, MOUs, TORs, LOIs, office memos, and other correspondence between the bank and landlords.
Conducting legal consultations and negotiations with landowners to ensure maximum benefit for the bank.
Assisting with other tasks related to Property Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications.Ability to effectively handle crisis situations and adverse circumstances.Strong stakeholder management skills.Excellence in stakeholder managementCustomer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
