Age At least 40 years Qualifications & Experience RequirementsEssential RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in school leadership and academic management.At least 5 years of leadership experience within a CAIE-registered institution.Advanced English language proficiency with proven experience in English program leadership.Strong Islamic knowledge, including Quranic understanding and principles of Tarbiyah and Tazkiyah.Proven experience with Cambridge International Curriculum (CAIE).Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Desirable RequirementsCETF (Cambridge English Teaching Framework) qualification or trained assessor status.Experience managing Cambridge programs such as YLE, Checkpoint, and IGCSE.Proficiency in CAIE Centre Manager portal, ERP/MIS systems, and academic reporting tools.Strong documented Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in Cambridge education and English language teaching.
