Manager/Asst. General Manager - HR & Admin

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for real estate projects and corporate positions.
• Coordinate manpower planning, job posting, CV screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding processes.
• Oversee overall HR operations, including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes.
• Provide administrative support for the head office and project operations.
• Supervise office administration, logistics, vendor coordination, and general support services.
• Maintain employee records, HR reports, and organizational documentation.
• Support management in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
• Prepare HR-related reports and submit updates to management regularly.
