The Marketing Manager is responsible to oversee overall marketing and sales operation of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee overall marketing and sales activities (both offline and online) along with leading the respective team
• Planning and achieving both marketing and sales target, budget, and reporting to management
• Look after corporate marketing/sales functions with doctors, pharmacy, and business houses
• Oversee digital marketing and branding activities i.e., Facebook marketing, video style marketing, email/SMS marketing, customer feedback management, and online branding
• Design both Offline and Online campaign aiming for sales/visibility including media management and offline branding i.e., pharmacy branding, billboard, leaflet etc.
Age 35 to 50 years 8–10 years of proven experience in hospital settingStrong interpersonal and business communication skill in respective areaSkill in patient and business data analysis, and proficient with healthcare ERP systemExperience to work in field environment for activation and stakeholder engagement
