Job Description

Production Audit: Monitor, verify, and audit daily production figures against raw material consumption to identify variances, wastages, or inefficiencies.

Import Auditing: Review and audit import-related documents (L/C, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing List, custom clearance documents) to ensure accurate costing, duty payments, and timely arrival of goods at the depot.

Depot Stock Verification: Conduct regular, physical stock counts (periodic and surprise audits) at the Madanpur Depot and reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records.

Discrepancy Reporting: Investigate and report any stock shortages, damages, unauthorized movements, or pilferage immediately to the Audit Manager.

Process Compliance: Review the operational activities of the depot to ensure strict adherence to corporate internal controls, logistics SOPs, and financial guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and evidence-based audit findings, observations, and actionable recommendations for management review.

Assistance: Assist the Audit Manager in drafting the monthly/quarterly comprehensive audit reports and executing the annual audit plan.

Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 yearsOnly Male CA-CC (Chartered accountancy Course Completed) or Partial completion of CA/CMA/ACCA will be given high preference.For Officer: 1 to 2 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or depot-based operations.For Senior Officer: 3 to 4 years of solid experience in inventory, production, and import/export auditing.
