To ensure effective community health service, she/ he will evaluate each patient at the triage station based on severity, and to provide daily follow-up care and any necessary treatment to patients who have been admitted to the Rohingya Camps. According to the rules, she or he will offer EPI. Reports and daily and weekly overviews will be provided by the technical assistant (nurse).
Assessing patients at triage including vital signs measurement (BP, weight, Temp, MUAC)
Segregating patients following the triage tool and prioritizing the category according to severity
Guiding community Health workers to follow up patients at the community level
Assisting doctors in emergency management and patient referral.
Assessing IPD patients by providing necessary treatment routinely
Organize daily, weekly, and monthly overviews and reports of ANC, PNC, EPI, family planning services, and health education
Linkages to other services and sectors like; MHPSS, GBV, Child Protection, WASH, shelter, and nutrition through site management
Provide basic health services including community IMNCI/ICCM, safe motherhood, emergency services, referral, health education, and EPI as per guideline
Knowledge of medical and non-medical waste disposal procedures
Knowledge of hygiene management and IPC protocol
Ensure daily reporting of cases
Monitoring of Community Health workers
On-job support of Community Health Workers for providing quality home-based care for any disease outbreak.
Coordinate with CHW supervisors for the follow up of the regular patinets
Conducts regular monitoring of the program and provides reports

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
