• • Welcome all visitors to office with courtesy and respective manners and guide them to relevant people.
  • Deal with queries from the client/customers and perform accordingly.
  • Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Operate traditional and IP PABX System.
  • Answer telephone in a professional manner and provide telephone connections inside and outside of the organization.
  • Receives and distribute all documents/mails within the organization; Keep telephone directory or any information in database manually. keeping messages of the staff in their absence.
  • Maintain the sales gallery area.
    
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the management.
