BRAC Bank PLC is currently seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and purpose-driven professional to join its SME Banking Division in the following position:

Associate Relationship Manager, SME Liability and Cash Management

Job Grade: SO/PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and achieve growth in the SME deposit portfolio through deposit mobilisation in the SME high net worth client base (e.g., Medium segment clients and SME Premium segment clients – Borenno) Transaction Enrichment, Digital Transformation and Cash Management Services of the clients.

  • Achieve deposit growth in designated existing client segments through transaction enhancement and relationship management.

  • Strategically grow new-to-bank client base and generate low-cost deposits (Current Account and Savings Account).

  • Capitalize the opportunities of cross-selling different products of the bank (e.g., local and multinational corporate houses).

  • Develop relationship banking models for the clients.

  • Increase revenue from the existing relationships and explore new opportunities.

  • Visit clients/prospective clients regularly and provide internal reporting of business activity.

Job Requirements

Experience of 2-3 years in a relevant field in banks/NBFIs.Candidates with experience of selling SME deposit products will get preference.Proficient in Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence.Frequent mobility and reallocation are mandatory.Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
