Job Description

Hunt & Close New Business:

  • Build a real pipeline of brands, advertising agencies, production houses, e-commerce studios, event companies, and corporate clients.
  • Research and reach decision-makers, set up meetings, and pitch Spark's talent roster and services in a way that actually resonates.
  • Negotiate rates, usage rights, exclusivity, payment terms, and cancellation policies.
  • Convert proposals into confirmed bookings.

Grow Existing Accounts:

  • Keep clients coming back by staying close, knowing their upcoming campaigns, preferred talent, budgets, and timelines.
  • Proactively pitch new services: test shoot packages, studio rentals, monthly content retainers, social collaborations, and brand partnership deals.
  • Turn a one-time booking into a long-term relationship.

Own Deal Quality:

  • Quote correctly price in talent tier, hours, deliverables, usage rights, and direct costs like HMUA, studio, transport, and retouching.
  • Protect agency margins. A deal that erodes Spark's cut is not a win.
  • Enforce deposits and payment terms, especially with newer or riskier clients.

Keep Things Coordinated:

  • Hand off booked jobs to the Ops team with full scope details, timings, deliverables, rates, and usage rights.
  • Follow up on invoices and collections alongside the Finance & Operations team.
  • Submit a weekly pipeline report: leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, closures.

Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years 4–5+ years of proven experience in sales or account management within media, advertising, events, production, agency, or premium retail sectors.Candidates with relevant professional certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development will have an added advantage.Strong negotiation capability with sound commercial judgment and deal-closing confidence.Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person client meetings, field visits, and structured follow-ups.Fluent in Bangla with working proficiency in English for business communication.Clear understanding of pricing frameworks including usage rights, deliverables, time allocation, and risk-based costing.Highly organized, capable of maintaining CRM, discipline, structured reporting and accurate documentation.Relationship-driven approach while remaining firm on commercial terms and payment conditions.Willingness to attend frequent client meetings across Dhaka and remain available during weekends or evenings when project schedules require.
