Customer Service Officer - General Banking (JO-SO), Rajshahi Region

• Provide efficient and professional customer service in all general banking activities.

• Handle account opening, maintenance, and related customer requests in line with bank policies.

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and other routine banking transactions.

• Ensure accurate maintenance and updating of customer records and banking documents.

• Support branch operations in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

• Address customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.

• Promote a positive customer experience and uphold service quality standards.

• Perform general banking tasks as assigned by the branch management.

Age At least 25 years Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.Good communication skills and professional attitude.Basic knowledge of general banking operations.Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
