Monitor and assess operational risks across banking activities and business units.
Maintain operational risk registers, KRIs, and operational loss event databases.
Develop and implement operational risk policies, frameworks, and control measures.
Analyze risk incidents, frauds, irregularities, and recommend mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, Basel standards, and internal policies.
Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience initiatives.
Prepare operational risk reports and presentations for management, board, and regulators.
Promote risk awareness and coordinate with branches and divisions on risk management matters.
Coordinate with Risk Based Supervision (RBS) reporting framework
Strong knowledge of credit operations, foreign exchange, and financial statement analysis within the banking sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
