• Lead the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.

• Proactively lead team to achieve sales target and run sales campaigns time to time.

• Monitor and keep track on the sales team's field visits and file submission activities.

• Ensure customer support for smooth delivery of credit cards.

• Maintain relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Train and develop the sales team to enhance performance.

• Conduct regular sales calls and market visits to identify new credit card business.

Age 25 to 60 years Strong leadership, communication, and target-management skills.
