Job Description

DRE - ElectroMechanical requires to Supervise Electro Mechanical installation activities. Specialized on Fire Fighting system and Ventilation system to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

  • In-depth knowledge of Fire Fighting system and Ventilation system design, installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with industry standards and codes (eg. BNBC, NEC, NFPA) is essential.

  • Proficiency in using design and drafting software such as AutoCAD and similar tools for electromechanical systems design and documentation.

  • To prepare accurate cost estimates for electromechanical systems, track costs throughout the project, and implement cost-saving strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing electromechanical aspects of construction projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, team members, and contractors effectively.

  • To emphasis on quality control and assurance to ensure that electromechanical systems meet design specifications and industry standards.

  • Ability to generate regular progress reports, document construction activities, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of Electro Mechanical works

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Fire Fighting and Ventilation system installations.

  • Identifying and fixing issues with Firefighting, Ventilation and other Electro mechanical equipment.

  • Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measurement of works done, Checking bill of Electro Mechanical works.

  • Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel and ensuring full compliance with relevant safety regulations.
