Executive/Sr. Executive, Local Procurement

• Vendor sourcing, evaluation, and finalization as per company policy.

• Prepare and release Purchase Orders (PO) following approval procedures.

• Track material delivery schedules and ensure timely supply to project sites.

• Plan and monitor inventory to maintain optimum stock levels.

• Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, stores, and project/site teams.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials as per project plan and site requirements.

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and procurement documentation.

• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and reporting.

• Support cost control and timely procurement activities.

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or power plant projects preferred.Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems.
