Manage and maintain sales automation systems, sales force automation (SFA), and related applications.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with IT and vendors to resolve technical issues.
Develop and automate sales reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates in the system.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to sales teams.
Gather business requirements and recommend system enhancements.
Coordinate implementation of new automation features and process improvements.
Monitor field force compliance with system usage and reporting standards.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
Support integration of sales automation systems with ERP and other business applications.
Track project timelines and ensure successful completion of assigned initiatives.
Conduct market and factory visits as per the guidelines of top management.
Age 25 to 35 years Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an FMCG company in the role of Territory Manager or an equivalent position.Experience in FMCG or large distribution-based organizations will be preferred.Sound knowledge of Sales Automation, CRM, Sales Operations, MIS, and related fields.
