The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer networks, managing field sales teams, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding market share for poultry, fish, or cattle feed products within the assigned territory
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Increase feed sales volume and market coverage
Develop new dealers, distributors, and farmer networks
Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
Promote poultry, fish, and cattle feed products to farmers and dealers
Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers, and DVMs
Ensure dealer satisfaction and resolve market complaints quickly
Monitor dealer stock, sales performance, and market movement
Support dealers in promotional and technical activities
Age 25 to 40 years 5–7 years’ experience in Feed Industry (Poultry/Fish/Cattle Feed).Experience in dealer/channel sales management.Prior experience as ASM/Sr. Sales Officer preferred.Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.Collect market feedback regarding product performance.Recommend strategies for market expansion and sales growthPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.Submit territory performance analysis to management.Maintain accurate customer and sales records.Supervise and guide Sales Officers / SDO / TSO teams.Conduct regular market visits with field staff.Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.Monitor team performance and reporting.
