Trainee Executive - Accounts (VAT & Tax)

• Prepare daily accounting vouchers, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Support the execution of month-end and year-end financial closing procedures

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records, subsidiary ledgers, and accounting documentation

• Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports and statements

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, facilitating the accurate processing of financial transactions

• Liaise with internal departments for the collection and verification of financial data

• Assist in the preparation of VAT challans, return statements, and associated reports in compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) regulations

• Support monthly Value Added Tax (VAT) and Income Tax filing activities

• Ensure all tax-related documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained for audit and regulatory review

• Coordinate with relevant business units to obtain necessary documentation for VAT and tax compliance purposes
