Service Coordinator

• Assign and monitor different jobs & schedules on time to time basis to the third-party technician team own Technician .
• Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Based on customer queries, create job orders and close them upon completion with a proper solution.
• Supervise and monitor bills submitted by the Minister Franchise Agents (Third Party) through cross-checking with customers.
• Prepare and maintain service reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all service center supervised .
• Ensure customer service faster.
