Job Description
- Assign and monitor different jobs & schedules on time to time basis to the third-party technician team own Technician .
- Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Based on customer queries, create job orders and close them upon completion with a proper solution.
- Supervise and monitor bills submitted by the Minister Franchise Agents (Third Party) through cross-checking with customers.
- Prepare and maintain service reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all service center supervised .
- Ensure customer service faster.
