Right now we are looking for GM/Sr. GM (Head of Land Operations), who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase plan, legal documents and documents for sub-kabla on new and existing projects.
Maintain liaison with land office and vendors for day-to-day office work.
Acquire new projects in various locations of Bangladesh for developing housing projects.
Monitoring all hurdles and disputes regarding land projects.
Handling various land brokers of different regions across Bangladesh.
Preparing legal notes with the estate and legal department of land acquisition/ disputes/ registration.
Plan and execute land acquisition strategies for housing and township projects.
Identify and secure large contiguous land parcels through negotiation and due diligence.
Ensure title verification (CS, SA, RS, BRS, City/Jarip Khatian, Mouza Map).
Oversee land registration, mutation, demarcation and possession.
Manage land assembly, fencing, site protection and encroachment prevention.
Liaise with DC Office, Land Office, Sub-Registry Office, RAJUK/CDA/KDA/RDA and other authorities.
Obtain land use clearance, zoning approval and regulatory permissions.
Coordinate land-related litigation, disputes and risk mitigation with legal team.
Ensure timely handover of clear land to planning, engineering and project teams.
Lead land team, set SOPs, control costs and submit management reports.
Age 35 to 48 yearsOnly Male Experience in the real estate industry will be preferred.Strong knowledge of Bangladesh land laws and procedures.Experience in township-scale land acquisition and management.Excellent negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.Leadership, integrity and attention to details.
