Job Description

Manage overall store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing construction materials
Maintain proper inventory records and ensure accurate stock management
Handle petty cash for urgent and minor material purchases as per company policy
Perform materials quality check during receiving and report discrepancies
Prepare and maintain MRR (Material Receiving Report)
Prepare GP (Goods Posting) and MPR (Material Purchase Requisition)
Prepare MIRN (Material Issue Return Note) and ensure proper documentation
Prepare monthly stock reports and submit to management
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for material flow
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all inventory items
Assist in audit and inventory verification processes
