Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management

• Shipment monitoring Document preparation and confirmation Sample collection and approval Other tasks as per management instruction Developing effective planning models based on industry trends and demand patterns.

• Proposing and implementing solutions to improve RM procurement planning accuracy.

• Successfully communicating planning and inventory estimations to management.

• Monitoring and reporting on important changes in procurement planning, budgets, and business strategies due to changes in demand planning.

• Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Conducting monthly planning review and reporting. Addressing planning-related issues in timely and effective manner.

• Assisting in developing annual RM procurement budgets and streamlining costs.

• Working with team members to plan, coordinate, and execute planning activities.

• Coordinating with sourcing and inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory level.

Age 28 to 35 years Student from any discipline can apply.Employee from any industries can apply.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems will be an advantage.Strong negotiation and coordination skills.Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.Good understanding of supply chain and sourcing processes.
