Job Description / Responsibility

• Attending inbound and outbound customer calls
• Giving customer service over the phone
• Receiving customer complaint and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
• To provide product information to the customer
• Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers
• To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from customers

Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 28 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
• Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent
• Being able to work in shift & willing to work in Govt. holidays
• Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
• Must have to multiple tasking ability
• Candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints
• Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented
