PRAN RFL Group Operation Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
• Develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
  
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance) through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
• Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
  
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout.
• Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance.
• Communicate with legal and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant with governmental regulations.
