Job Description / Responsibility

• To Manage day to day administrative functions related to HR operation & general administration.,
• Oversee office maintenance and upkeep of furniture, sanitary items, wall painting and civil aspects of the premises.
  
• To monitor / supervisor / provide support services of Security Guards, Office Peon, Driver, Cleaner, Operators, Technicians (AC Electricity, Generator etc.).
• Maintain disciplinary procedure as per company policies.
• Manage legal issues (about employees) and handle grievances.
• Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functions of Electricity, Generator, Computers, CCTV, Internet, water supply and air coolers.
• To provide logistics support/office equipments by maintaining office rules and regulations and maintain administrative MIS system.
