APS Group Deputy General Manager Planning

Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidate will be responsible for making effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, IE & supply chain management team.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
• Prepare production planning for 100 lines of knit garments & execute the plan accordingly.
• Follow up inspection & on time shipment to ensure the planning KPI is on tract.
• Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Marketing for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
• Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
• Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
• Arrange monthly performance meeting with higher management & discuss factory wise efficiency & shipment status.
• Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
• Capable to co-ordinate with factory IE team.

Educational Requirements

Graduation in Textile Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 35 to 50 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Good knowledge & skills in computer, ERP, Fast-react software.
• Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning for garments factory.
