Job Responsibility
- Responsible for the Factory and Store management.
- To keep record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries.
- Monitor and ensure that goods are stored correctly, safely with the conformity of compliance standard of different buyers.
- Arranging periodic store inventory to ensure that existing stock and stock shown in register are correct.
- Prepare daily stock position and report weekly to the management.
- To maintain Counts & measures goods received or issued
- Supervising in physical inventories by counting stock.
- Racking / arranging all stores.
- To ensure on time delivery of goods as per requirements
- Maintain all store related paper work, email, Maintain stock register and all related work.
- Prepare & produce various reports as per management requirements
- Any other responsibility assign by the management
Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 year(s)
- Only males are allowed to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge in store management.
- Minimum 5/6 years' experience in factory store
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Factory/Inventory/Warehouse
- Should have good knowledge on computer applications, Database software uses & able to generate various reports.
- Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
- Must be good in communication, with good command over spoken and written English.
- The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
- Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
- Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
