We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and technically competent Laboratory Equipment Sales Engineer to strengthen our Laboratory Solutions Division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell laboratory instruments and equipment to customers in the pharmaceutical, food & beverage, dairy, chemical, academic, research, healthcare, sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and related documents.
  • Coordinate with international principals regarding product selection, pricing, and technical support.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and periodic reports.
  • Support installation coordination and provide after-sales customer assistance when required.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.

Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years Experience Requirements2–5 years of experience in laboratory equipment sales, scientific instruments, pharmaceutical equipment, or industrial technical sales.Required SkillsHonest and highly professionalStrong technical aptitude and willingness to learn advanced laboratory technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good command of English (spoken and written).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Target-oriented and self-drivenPositive attitude with strong interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a team
