City Bank Management Trainee
Job Context
- The Management Trainee program plays a crucial role in the development and strengthening of City Bank Limited`s Talent Pipeline. A Management trainee gains knowledge and experience required for movement to management positions under the direction of experienced personnel during cross-functional attachments.
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring and improving positive sales, marketing, service delivery and customer experience of Credit Card business with a view to increasing revenue and market share of the Bank. Other key responsibilities of the role includes - develop sales strategy of Credit Card business in order to ensure the maximum adherence to Card Acquisition plan as par set targets; oversee performance of sales teams. Job Description / Responsibility Ensure and improve positive sales, service delivery and customer experience of Credit Card business, ensuring revenue and market share growth. Monitor sales team performance ensuring Card sales are within rules & regulatory boundaries and oversee personal development of the team. Ensure the proper intra- department co-ordination.
