Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service Manager manages completion of center's operational and transactional activities while supporting client alternative delivery channel alternatives.
- Customer Service managers ensures a premium client experience within the channel. Works with Center Manager to support these efforts, while maintaining overall responsibility for all operational activities within the Center.
- Complete accounting-related responsibilities for the branch including regular cash control activities
- Ensure center's activities comply with all applicable regulations and audits; ensure management and personnel awareness of discovered control issues
- Manage and own the customer experience within the center, ensuring service excellence and timely resolution of service and operational issues
- Receive all customer queries and reply with proper solution, Handle complaints from the customer and ensure that the problem is solved in due time, Escalate the problem to the relevant department if necessary and follow up on its timely resolution
- Cross selling/reference of retail banking products to counter customers
- Meet yearly business target of Customer service team assigned by line manager
- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues
- Handle, execute authorize inter-branch and inter-account fund transfer as per customer instruction
- Raising deferrals and arranging proper approval within agreed time frame
- Signature & image loading to system, Maintaining locker key, Cheque book
