Job Description
- Analysis daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/yearly financial statements and report to the Management and Stakeholders.
- Communicating with stakeholder/suppliers, invoicing & maintaining different documents as priority.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Responsible for addressing the Organization Tax & Vat related correspondence, organize and manage file of all documents
- Coordinate with Treasure /EC on matters related to the Organizations financial status, budget management, cost benefit analysis, Bank reconciliation & revenue forecasting..
- The candidate must have thorough knowledge on accounting and financial statements.
- Accountable for overall management of internal audit & accounting as well as providing accurate and timely financial reports.
- Responsible for addressing the Organization Tax & Vat related correspondence, organize and manage file of all documents.
- Prepare daily receiving report for cash receipt, bank deposit, and receivable, adjustment of the corporate & reporting to treasurer.
- Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transactions.
- Preparing regular analysis of income & expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process.
- Manage cash flow & fund flow for the organization.
- Operations and maintenance of petty cash and revenues from restaurants.
- Monitoring Billing & recovery.
