BetterCare is a digitalized modern home-based recovery and rehabilitation service focused on delivering structured, professional and outcome-driven physiotherapy rehabilitation to patients in the comfort of their homes.
We are looking for an organized, proactive and people-oriented Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rehabilitation service and help build a high-quality patient experience.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of BetterCare’s home physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
- Manage patient scheduling, therapist allocation and appointment coordination.
- Ensure patients receive timely, professional and consistent service.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists and the internal clinical team to maintain service quality.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, cancellations and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage and maintain the network of contractual physiotherapists.
- Monitor therapist availability, performance, punctuality and patient feedback.
- Track operational KPIs including patient acquisition, program completion, therapist utilization, retention and repeat bookings.
- Coordinate with the Patient Care/CRM team to ensure smooth movement of patients from enquiry to assessment, treatment and follow-up.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
- Help develop and improve BetterCare’s operational SOPs and patient service processes.
- Support business growth initiatives, partnerships and expansion of BetterCare’s service network.
Age At least 24 years 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, home healthcare, customer operations or a similar operational role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple patients, therapists and operational tasks simultaneously.Strong leadership and coordination abilities.Comfortable working with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and basic data reporting.Experience with CRM or healthcare management software will be an advantage.Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of responsibilities.Strong command of both Bangla and English.
